FAQ

What age is best to start?

Many kids start balance-bike play at 2–3 years and pedal practice at 4–6 years. Readiness matters more than age. Our filters help you pick an age-appropriate course.

Do you teach with training wheels?

We focus on balance-first progressions. Training wheels can delay balance, so our courses transition kids to confident coasting before pedals.

How long does it take to learn?

Most riders show meaningful progress in 2–4 sessions. We avoid guarantees—kids learn at different tempos. Our aim is steady, joyful improvement.

What safety gear is required?

A properly fitted helmet is essential. Closed-toe shoes and gloves are recommended. We teach helmet checks and braking drills from day one.

Online vs. in-person—what’s the difference?

Online courses coach parents to run sessions at home. In-person adds an instructor’s eyes and adjustments. Hybrid blends both for flexible accountability.

Do you offer adaptive options?

Yes. Our Adaptive Riding Foundations includes equipment guidance and pacing strategies. Consult your clinician for individual considerations.

How do favorites and cart work?

Tap “Favorite” to save a course locally on your device; view them on the Fallows page. Add items to cart to estimate cost before checkout.

What if my child is anxious?

We include calm scripts and micro-goals to reduce pressure. Many families start with our Confidence Clinic to build comfort before pedals.
